Maintenance

Dear Customer,

There will be a schedule maintenace on the window noted below. This maintenance affects all our servers in the Amsterdam region. The reason for the maintenance is that our datacenter (NovoServe) is re-racking our servers into a different rack. The downtime will be roughly 30 minutes per node.

Start Date and Time: Thu 27 Feb 2025 08:00:00 Europe/Amsterdam
End Date and Time: Thu 27 Feb 2025 12:00:00 Europe/Amsterdam

Should your server not be available...

The server has lost network conenctivity due to a faulty nic. We are transferring the servers to a different node now.

You will shortly see your freshly transferred in your panel with a new IP address.

The transfer has been completed.
